eakkyx	ฉากหลังของ Resident Evil 7 จะเล่าเรื่องราวในปัจจุบัน ที่มีผลสืบเนื่องจากวิกฤติไวรัสระบาดจากภาค 6 หลังท่านประธานาธิบดี “อดัม เบนฟอร์ด” และชาวเมือง “Tall Oak” ที่ถูก ” C ไวรัส” จนกลายเป็นซอมบี้ แล้วเรื่องก็ลุกลามบานปลาย ทำให้สหรัฐอเมริกาบางส่วนถูกเชื้อไวรัส (เนื้อเรื่องในส่วนของเลออนในภาค 6) และประกาศเป็นเขตกักกันโรคพิเศษ เรื่องราวจะเล่าผ่านทาง “อีธาน วินเธอร์ส” ชายหนุ่มผู้ที่ออกตามหา ภรรยาสุดที่รัก “มีอา วินเธอร์ส” (Mia Winters) ที่หายตัวไปอย่างลึกลับเมื่อปี 2014 หรือสามปีก่อน และวันหนึ่ง เขาก็ได้รับ Mail ที่แนบไฟล์วิดิโอจากมีอาที่หายตัวไป ทำให้อีธานมีความหวังในการออกตาม หาเธอ และจากการหาข้อมูลมาตลอดหลังจากได้รับ Mail ฉบับนั้น เขาก็รู้ว่าเธออยู่เมืองเล็กๆอย่าง Dulvey รัฐ Louisiana ทางตอนใต้ของอเมริกา - อ่านต่อ : คลิก - Since the pre-purchase DLCs are basically help for the game, we decided to lock them by default.
